How to Order

Step 1. Browse the rug collections and make your selection from the rugs displayed by clicking on "more details". Your selected rug will be displayed. Click here for an enlarged picture of the rug, but please remember if you have a 56K modem it will take about 10 seconds to load the high resolution picture. Choose the SIZE AND PRICE of rug, the QUANTITY, and then click on "ADD TO CART".

Step 2. You will be taken to the Shopping Cart page and your order will be shown. If you wish to continue shopping then please click on "KEEP SHOPPING" which will take you back to the showroom. Alternatively, if you wish to cancel this order then please click on "EMPTY CART". When you have completed shopping and you are happy with the contents of your shopping cart then please select your method of payment from one of the following CHECKOUT options:
(1)PayPal, (2)Credit/debit card, (3)Cheque.

Step 3. You are now at the Checkout. Fill out the ORDER FORM ensuring that you complete all the Billing information. If you are paying by credit or debit card then please ensure that you only enter the last 5 digits of your card and the expiry date. If you are paying by cheque then please send the cheque and the order form to the address at the bottom of the form.

Step 4. Click on the Send Order button. If you are paying by PayPal you will be taken to a secure Checkout page. Your order will be shown and all the details entered in the Billing Form will be shown. Enter your card details and follow the online instructions to complete the payment. Email confirmation will be sent to you. For the other options, you will be taken to a confirmation page to let you know the order has been sent and you will receive email confirmation. Print off the Order Form for reference and if you are paying by cheque then please send the cheque and the order form to the address at the bottom of the form.

Step 5. Upon receiving this order, we will contact you and verify your requirement by telephone. If you have chosen to pay by credit/debit card we will ask you for the remainder of the card numbers to complete the payment. This is a secure and customer friendly way to pay.

Note: If you choose to pay by credit or debit card we will ask for the first part of your credit card number and ensure that the card number matches the last 5 digits that you sent to us by email. No credit card numbers are stored on any computer and no credit card numbers are passed fully over the telephone so your transaction is safe.
