Returns Policy
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL & RETURNS POLICY
You may cancel your order (once it has been accepted by
us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do
cancel within this time any payments made to you will be
refunded in full within 30 days.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged,
please email sales@weymouthcarpets.co.uk immediately.
If you are not entirely delighted with your order you may
return them to us within 10 days of receipt and we will
offer you an exchange or refund, providing that the goods
are in perfect condition. To cancel your contract you must
notify us in writing but you do not need to give us any
reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay
any penalty. The goods are your responsibility until they
reach us (please obtain a receipt for the postage of your
item). For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you
will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the
goods at your own risk. If you cancel your contract but we
have already processed the goods for delivery you must not
unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must
send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own
cost and risk as soon as possible. Postage for returns will
only be refunded where rugs are faulty.
To return any rugs to us, please complete the section
on the invoice marked returns and clearly mark whether you
would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in it's
original packaging, attach the invoice and send back to the
Registered Office of the Company. Once you have notified us
that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us
from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as
soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your
order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by
you and received by us in the condition they were in when
delivered to you.
If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not
pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct
the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to
be re-credited to you. We reserve the right to cancel the
contract between us if:
(a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you
have ordered;
(b) one or more of the rugs you ordered was listed at an
incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in
the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail
and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us
from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event
within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to
offer any additional compensation for disappointment
suffered.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU
Distance Selling Directive, which can be found at

Our Refunds Policy
Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
When you send your rug back to us, we'll process the returned rug then notify you via
e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same
form of payment originally used for purchase within three
weeks of our receiving your return.
How Refunds Are Calculated
Rugs returned because they are damaged, or
incorrect
If you are returning a rug because of an error on our
part or because it is damaged, we will be happy
to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the rug
to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us.
Rugs returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have
the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within
seven working days of the day after the date the item is
delivered. For more information see Your Statutory Rights.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the
seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no
error on our part, we will refund the cost of the rug as
follows: where you are returning a rug that was part of a
larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery
that you incurred where you are returning an entire order.
Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven
and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on
our part, we will refund only the cost of the rug.
